A keynote at the 2022 Amusement Expo

Share Your Expertise on the Business of Play at Amusement Expo International!

The annual event for the location-based, out-of-home entertainment industry, The Amusement Expo International, is now accepting speaking proposals.

Each year, our Education Program features a wide range of presentations, panels and round table sessions dedicated to enhancing the skill sets of attendees and the productivity/profitability of their businesses.

Amusement Expo participants include owner/operators of commercial amusement and game equipment, managers and executives of family entertainment centers and other location-based entertainment facilities, as well as distributors, manufacturers and suppliers of products and services supporting these marketplaces.

Amusement Expo sessions are generally 60 minutes in length.

Presentations will be evaluated based upon the following criteria:

  • Current, innovative and relevant topic to the industry
  • Well-organized session designed to meet the needs of this audience
  • Presented by recognized thought leaders in the topic area

Submissions should focus on at least one of the following areas:

  • People Management/Customer Experience
  • Business Management/Operations
  • Marketing/Promotions/Sales
  • Industry Trends/Development/Re-Imagining the Industry
  • Other-Share Your Great Idea

Session Types Available:

  • Keynote Sessions: Topics that are of interest to a broad segment of our attendees.
  • Breakout Sessions: Session which falls into one of the conference tracks listed above.

Proposal Submission/Review Process:

  1. Complete and submit the Call for Presenters form by September 30, 2022. You may nominate yourself, or recommend another engaging industry expert. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your submission.
  2. The Amusement Expo Education Committee will review speaker proposals and make final selections. You may be contacted (via phone or email) with follow up questions, or a request for more information before then.
  3. All individuals submitting presenter applications will be notified via email on the status of their presentation proposals.
  4. If your submission is selected, a member(s) of the committee and/or Expo staff will contact you to discuss next steps to plan the session.

Speaker Benefits:

Besides having the opportunity to share your expertise and experience with the Amusement Expo audience, as a presenter, you will receive an all-access admission badge to the Expo Education Program including: lunch on Tuesday, the All-Industry Gala and the Amusement Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Amusement Expo asks that no promotion, press releases or other communication by selected speakers be conducted before Expo finalizes its printed materials on the program.
