Beware the Solicitors
Attendee Lists
Various solicitations have been sent to Amusement Expo International Exhibitors claiming an attendee list can be obtained through them at a cost. Many of these solicitations do not contain a company name or a phone number for further contact. Any company claiming to have access to the Amusement Expo International database should be considered fraudulent.
Housing
All official Amusement Expo International rooms at the Westgate Hotel room block should be reserved through the Amusement Expo website HERE. Any exhibitor who books outside of the official room block runs the risk of paying more and/or not having a room when you arrive.
Directory Listing/Guide
There is only one official pocket guide for the Amusement Expo International. Ad space in the official directory is sold by W.T.Glasgow, Inc., Amusement Expo Show Management. There are companies that call themselves "official show directories" and will try to sale space in these publications. The only publication circulated at the show is the Official Amusement Expo International Pocket Guide.
