This year, the Amusement Expo International is proud to announce Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Las Vegas (RMHC) as its 2023 AEI Charity Fund recipient organization.
Exhibitors and Attendees of AEI are invited to “Win Big and Give Back” by taking part in the organizations 50/50 Raffle. Tickets will be available for purchase during the Education Program on March 27th and 28th at the Westgate Las Vegas and March 29th at the AEI Town Square Exhibit during the Amusement Expo International being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The lucky winner will be announced at AEI’s “Beers & Cheers” celebration in Town Square on the 29th.
The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) of Greater Las Vegas is to create and support programs that directly improve the health, education, and well-being of children in our community. The Ronald McDonald House® is the cornerstone program of RMHC® and provides temporary housing for families who travel to Las Vegas to receive critical medical treatment for their children.
Since opening in July of 1998, the House has served more than 5,566 families for more than 68,659 nights. In 2021, the House served 278 adults and 93 children for more than 2,680 nights. The average length of stay was 13 days, and the House saved families $368,288 in lodging costs.
